Claudia Therése, Event Singer Soloist

Claudia Therése has a flexible, powerful voice which feels at home in many genres – from the intimacy and liveliness of Jazz and Blues, via the drama of Musical Theatre, to the ringing clarity of classical Opera. She commands an extraordinary range of 4 octaves and is settled between mezzo and soprano.

Claudia has sung all her life, as a young child, in school, in multiple choirs, bands, at bus stops, on the streets, in pubs, in concert, in theatres, and parties. Singing is such an integral part of Claudia’s being that the two seem inseparable.

Originally from Germany, Claudia moved 1997 to London and 2005 to Cornwall. She is a mother and a dancer and has been contributing to the entertainment industry ever since she came out of her formative education. In Berlin, for example, she was engaged in the Maxim-Gorki-Theatre as a singer and dancer, and in London she had formed a a vintage Jazz duo, which was very popular in the local pub scene of the South East.

Since moving to Cornwall, Claudia has worked with seasoned pianist Anthony Trodd and formed the Jazz duo Everred. She has sung opera arias for stage and film and developed a repertoire in Musical Theatre songs, specifically aimed for weddings and corporate events.
